Speakers preparation:

  Speakers are advised to use to speaker's briefing room to prepare their presentation.

   Speakers should load their presentations onto the computer in the room of their presentation before the session begins. Each presentation is 25 minutes, including questions and answers period at the end.

Meetings of the ASC:

The Executive committee meeting of the ASC will take place on Sunday from 2 pm in room Ete des Indiens.

The General Assembly meeting of theASC will take place on Monday in Alfred Rouleau from 5:25 pm till 6:10 pm.

The divisional meetings of the ASC will take place on Tuesday from 5:25 pm till 6:10 pm. Rooms to be determined.

Membership in ASC or CACSMA:

Registration in the conference will entitle registrants for one-year membership (from the date of the conference) in either ASC (for US participants) or CACSMA (for Canadian participants). For participants from other countries, they can select to be member of either ASC or CACSMA.
