It is important to note that the paper is due July 22, 2011 and it is to be uploaded to the DEStech Publications, Inc. server by then. Instructions for uploading will be forthcoming. It is also important to note that before a paper can be uploaded the author must register for the conference, that is, registration is on a per paper basis.
