Registration
There are three types of registration:
Full Workshop (3 days including 1 copy of the proceedings
plus 3 lunches plus a banquet ).
One Day (including 1 copy of the proceedings plus 1 lunch).
Student- Full Workshop (Proceedings not included).

Regist by one of the following methods:
- Credit Card: VISA or MASTERCARD (Canadian Funds ONLY), or
- Cheque (drawn on a Canadian Bank) payable to CACSMA, or
- International Money Order.
How to do registration
- Fill the registration form,
- For registration by credit card, sign your name and
fax to: 001-514-848-4596, or
- For registration by Cheque or Money Order, you can mail or pay onsite
